Naas recorded a six point win over title challengers Sarsfields to book a quarter-final spot in the SFC at Managuard Park this evening.
Naas led at the break with a goal from Eoghan Prizeman and wrapped it up in the second half when Alex Beirne found the net in the 34 minute. Naas winning on a final score line of 2-10 to 0-10.
Sarsfields now play a vital game against Maynooth in two weeks time after two defeats to Athy and this evening against Naas.
In the IFC Sallins had a fine win over Allenwood by four points.
