All the weekend results to date

Kildare GAA: Saturday Championship results

In the SFC on Saturday, Allenwood recorded a one point over Kilcock, the winning score, from Eoghan Bagnall, deep into time added on saw the full forward hit one of the scores of the game to get his side over the line after a real ding-dong battle with Kilcock.

Athy and Maynooth played an incredible game at Manguard Park, the second game of the afternoon with no less than 44 scores in total. Maynooth led at the break 2-10 to 0-13 and the second half kept the scores coming, Athy hit 1-5 mid-way through the half going on to win 1-24 to 3-16.

The final senior game of the afternoon saw the first big shock of the weekend with Eadestown defeating last season's semi-finalists Clane, an excellent display from Emmet Bolton's side, winning 2-15 to 2-9.

Meanwhile in the IFC Round Towers had a very comfortable victory over a very poor Ballymore Eustace side on a final score line of Round Towers 3-14 to 0-3.
