Kildare senior football team hosting meet & greet with fans today ahead of Leinster final

Kildare GAA fans will get the chance to meet the senior footballers today ahead of the eagerly anticipated Leinster final in two weeks' time. The Lilywhites are gearing up for a Leinster final meeting against Dublin or Westmeath, who, as expected, comprehensively defeated Westmeath in the Leinster semi-final in Croke Park last Sunday. Cian O’Neill’s side have already accounted for Laois and Meath so far in this year’s championship, helping to generate a bit of excitement within the county around the senior footballers again, and there is likely to be a large crowd flocking to St Conleth’s Park today for the meet and greet with the players. Young fans will be able to get photographs with the players, and receive signed autographs along with wishing the footballers all the best of luck ahead of the provincial decider. The event kicks off at 1pm, and Kildare GAA’s main sponsors, Brady's Ham, will also be giving out goodie bags at the event.
