Trevor Deely documentary on TV tonight

A TV3 documentary that led to a major breakthrough in the missing persons case of Trevor Deely is to be aired again tonight on 3e at 10pm.
In September 2016, TV3 aired a documentary series called Donal MacIntyre Unsolved and the first episode featured the extraordinary disappearance of Trevor Deely,
Trevor's disappearance in the early hours of December 8th, 2000 was the subject of a high-profile search and publicity campaign, but no trace of him was ever found. On tonight's programme, Donal MacIntyre draws attention to the security footage taken on the night of Trevor’s disappearance and, in particular, a man seen waiting at the back door of Bank of Ireland Asset Management at the same time Trevor returned to the premises at 3:35am.

Last week gardai released enhanced CCTV footage of Trevor talking to a man before he was last seen and they appealed for him to come forward.
Crimestoppers also announced a €100,000 reward for information helping the investigation.
In the programme, Donal called on Gardaí to concentrate on the man in the footage and to have the CCTV images digitally enhanced.
It now appears this has happened and that the enhanced footage may give the public an opportunity to identify the man captured on CCTV during the hours in question.
