A truck driver appeared before Naas District Court reported by Gardaí to be 'quite unpleasant'. Several drivers appeared before Naas Court, for driving on the hard shoulder, during heavy traffic on July 8 2016, at Kill West, Kildare.
Inspector Oliver Henry outlined how the accused is alleged to have been driving on the hard shoulder.
He said: "He threatened Gardaí and was quite aggressive."
The accused, before the court, alleged that the Gardaí were 'abrupt.'
In court, the man from Lifford, Co Donegal. said that he had pulled into the hardshoulder as his truck was giving trouble and broke down later that day.
He said: "The Garda was dancing up and down on the road, like he had won the Lotto ticket."
Judge Desmond Zaidan ordered that the accused appear before Naas District Court on September 20, next, for hearing.
