Dubai Duty Free Executive Vice Chairman Colm McLoughlin said, “We are thrilled to once again be the title sponsor of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, it is one of the most prestigious and exciting sporting events in Europe. We are also very pleased that the prize fund for this year’s tournament has been increased by 60% and now totals €4 million.  This is very significant and means the tournament now has one of the highest prize funds on The 2016 Race to Dubai outside the Major Championship and World Golf Championship events.
