Told to stay away from named address

A woman facing a criminal damage allegation appeared before Naas District Court.

She appeared before Judge William Aylmer at a family law hearing and the court was told she was detained by a garda on July 15 at 11.35pm.

The court was also told that there are protection orders in place against her and another party and these were granted on applications by her and the other person.

Judge Aylmer remanded the woman on  bail to appear again on September 17.

He said that this could be revoked if she did not abide by the conditions associated with the granting of bail.

These include that she stay away from the address where the incident occurred and that she commit no more alleged offences.
