Woman before Naas Court facing charges of being found in Newbridge  with implement for carrying out theft

A 48-year-old woman who is facing charges of being in possession of implements, with the intention of carrying out theft,  has been ordered to appear before Naas District Court again in the New Year.

Evidence was given that the Lithuanian woman, with an address in Naas,  was found in possession of an implement containing tin-foil at a premises on Edward St, Newbridge, on September 1, 2017.

Judge Desmond Zaidan ordered that the accused appear before Naas District Court on January 24, next.

She is remanded on continuing bail.
