O'Neill names Kildare side searching for first win of 2018 in Donegal this Sunday

Kildare manager Cian O'Neill has opted to go with the same starting 15 that played against Tyrone two weeks' ago as the Lilywhites go in search of their first win of the year in Ballyshannon on Sunday against fellow Division 1 strugglers Donegal.

Kildare need to beat Donegal on Sunday or else relegation to Division 2 will be all but confirmed with three games of the league remaining, as they welcome beaten All-Ireland finalists Mayo and a high-flying Galway side to Newbridge either side of a daunting trip to Kerry.

Donegal have shown good signs of progress thus far in the league, but much like Kildare they have come up just short on two occasions when losing by a single point to Kerry and Galway, while suffering a five-point defeat to Dublin last time out.
