The Kildare Hurlers have made a number of changes for their round 3 Kehoe Cup clash with Wicklow tomorrow afternoon.

There are three players who will make their first starts as Moorefield's Reece Gavin, Ardclough's Aran Kelly and Clane's Mark Doyle come into the team.

Gavin and Kelly both appeared off the bench in the penalty shoot-out defeat to Meath while Doyle comes in for the injured Christy Ring Player of the year Paddy McKenna.

Kildare only had five subs on the bench for the opening round defeat but they have improved in that regard with James Burke a notable returnee to the squad.

As well as Burke, James Dolan and Rian Boran will hope to get game time as things go up a notch in preparation for the National League.

Manager David Herity will be a notable absentee from the sideline as he is currently on Honeymoon.

Throw-in at St.Conleths Park is at 2.00 P.M
