RIP: Tributes paid to a 'beautiful lady' from Kildare

Heartfelt tributes have been paid to a “beautiful lady” from Monasterevin, Co Kildare who passed this week.

Sarah Clinton, Harbour View, Monasterevin, Kildare passed on Monday, September 14 2026.

Sarah is predeceased by her mother Maureen (Ashling) Clinton.

She is deeply regretted by her special aunt Eileen O'Reardon, father Sean, siblings, Helen, John, Anne, Miriam, Stephen and Alan, nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Sarah will be reposing at the Chapel of Rest, (W34 N599) Monasterevin on Sunday from 4 to 6pm with rosary recital at 5.30pm.

The requiem mass will take place on Monday in St Peter & Paul s Church, Monasterevin at 11am and there after to Newlands Cross crematorium for service at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Sarah was a beautiful lady whom I shared many lovely conversations with. May the light of heaven shine upon her gentle soul. “Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day.” RIP Beautiful Sarah.

While another mourner wrote: “So sorry to hear the news of Sarah passing. Thoughts are with you Miriam, your aunty Eileen and all the family at this difficult time. May she rest in peace xx”

And another added: “Sarah, we shared such great times together growing up as kids. You were always such a good friend, with the biggest heart. Thinking of all the Clinton family at this incredibly sad time. RIP Sarah.”
