Naas Macra celebrated their 10th birthday last Saturday night in 33 South Main. The club began back in 2014 with co founders Cara O Mahony and Julie Prederville hosting the very first meeting in The Ivy Pub.
Along with all their own members, the club were joined by lots of past members and friends from different clubs and counties across Leinster including Carlow, Kilkenny, Meath, Louth and Laois.
The Naas Macra club has continued to grow since it's foundation in 2014, attracting lots of new members each year from the North Kildare, West Wicklow, South Dublin catchment area.
They do regular events activities such as bowling, walks, table quizzes, nights out, sports, weekends away and attend lots of different Macra festivals around the country.
With the 2024/2025 season having just kicked off they are open to new members, anyone aged between 17-40 who wants to join can message their social media or visit the Macra website for more information.'
