A thrilling weekend of racing was held recently at Carbury Hot Rod Tracks 2 Day Event with well over 100 cars signed in over the 2 days. Drivers travelled from near and far to put on an excellent display of racing, and supporting The Chris Flash Delaney Memorial Cup Day. The organisers said: "Thanks To Linda & the extended Delaney Family for allowing us to hold such an event in Chris's Memory. "Congratulations to Anthony Coyne on winning the Final, bringing The Chris "Flash" Delaney Memorial Cup back to Allenwood. Many Thanks to the Large crowd of spectators who braved the damp weather to support this event. "Many Thanks to Brian Mullen, Donal Carroll and Mark Gavigan for helping us out with organising Ireland's 1st Micro Banger Meeting on Shale."
