JAMIE Lynn Spears has exited the I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! jungle prematurely.
The famous sister of pop-sensation Britney Spears has reportedly left the Australian camp due to "medical grounds".
The reality TV challenge show confirmed the news on X (formerly Twitter), saying: "She's [Jamie] been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."
