Construction due to start this summer on major Co Kildare housing development

A Co Kildare town is set for a major new housing development.

Kildare County Council has appointed a design team to develop 20 homes in Kilcock.

The houses will be located at The Paddocks, Kilcock.

The tender documents are expected to be completed before the end of March, and, subject to approval by the Dept. of the Environment, should issue in Quarter Two.

If all goes according to schedule,  construction will begin in the summer.
