The death has occurred of Maurice Browne, Dara Park, Newbridge, Kildare.

Maurice Browne, Dara Park, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Peacefully, December 22 2025, in the wonderful care of the staff at Naas Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Catherine and Henry (Sa), sisters Maureen and Catherine, brothers Michael (Dixie) and Thomas.

Maurice will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, daughters Loretta, Wendy and Tammy, sons Mark and Gary, sons in law Cian, Pat, Paddy and William, daughters in law Jade and Aisling, grandchildren Oran, Robyn, Keegan, Luca and Mya, brother Harry, brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Maurice Rest In Peace

Reposing at his family home from 3pm on Friday (December 26) concluding with prayers at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Saturday morning to arrive at St. Conleth's Parish Church, Newbridge for Requiem mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Newbridge.

Deeply regretted by his son Shane, partner Rachel, grandchildren, nephew Wayne, partner Yvonne, grandnieces Aoibhínn, Cáitlin and Doireann, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Bourke’s Funeral Home on Monday afternoon (29th December 2025) from 12.30pm until removal from the Funeral Home to arrive at Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel for his Funeral Service at 2.30pm.

David Furlong

The death has occurred of David Furlong, Walkinstown, Dublin / Celbridge, Kildare.

Furlong David (Dave), (late of Walkinstown and Celbridge) December 19 2025; passed suddenly at home.

Beloved son of Tony and Mary, loving brother of Stephen, cherished dad of Ella and stepson Jordan, adored partner of Fiona and much-loved uncle of Abbie and Callum.

Dave will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his heartbroken family, dad, mam, brother, children, grandson Noah, sister-in-law Denise, aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephew, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

The death has occurred of Sr Celienne - Florence Heath, Ros Glas convent, Moore Abbey, Monasterevin, Kildare.

Sister of Charity of Jesus and Mary.

Formerly of Wales & Ros Glas Convent, Moore Abbey, Monasterevin, Co Kildare.

Sr Celienne, in her 96th year, died on Sunday December 21 2025, in the loving care of her Community and Staff.

Predeceased by her parents William and Florence and siblings, Renee, Dorothy and Stanley.

Deeply regretted by her SCJM Community in Ireland and abroad, her many friends and by the Staff & Sisters of the Ros Glas Convent.

Reposing from 2pm in Ros Glas Chapel, Monday December 22 with Rosary at 4pm.

The death has occurred of Finbarr Horrigan, Clane, Kildare / Whitehall, Dublin.

Horrigan, Finbarr, Clane, Co. Kildare and late of Whitehall, Dublin 9, December 21 2025, peacefully in the Bon Secours Hospital, surrounded by his loving family following an illness bravely fought with the upmost dignity.

Pre-deceased by his loving parents Liam and Marie. Sadly missed by his much loved wife Kate, children Nikki, Tia and Billy and their partners Dan, Rían and Jane, adored gaga of Iveagh Marie, his sister Maureen and her family in Cork, brothers-in-law, extended family and friends.

Finbarr's Funeral Mass will take place at 10am on Wednesday (Dec. 24) in St. Patrick and St. Brigid's Church, Clane, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane.

Predeceased by her parents Martin and Ellen & her brothers Tony, Frank and Jimmy.

Very deeply regretted by her loving husband Liam, sons Niall, Darren and Cormac, daughters-in-law Michelle, Deirdre and Nicki, grandchildren Caitlin, Cillian, Alannah, Finn and Èabha, extended family, relatives and friends.
