A new creche is being planned for Kildare town.
The proposed facility is earmarked for the Ridgewood Manor residential area off Melitta Road.
Garyaron Homes Limited has sought approval for the single storey creche (390sqm).
The designs include an additional external play area with a boundary wall and fence.
A creche forming part of the residential development had been previously approved.
