Anthony (Tony) White, Moore Park, Newbridge, Co. Kildare - 3rd February 2024 (peacefully) after a short illness at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret, sister Martina, brother-in-law Damian, extended family and his many friends in Ireland and South Africa. 

Reposing at Anderson & Leahy's Funeral Home, Henry Street, Newbridge, Eircode W12 W584, on Tuesday from 5pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Wednesday at 12.30pm to arrive at St. Conleth's Parish Church for Mass at 1pm. Mass can be viewed on https://newbridgeparish.ie/parish-church

Andy (James Andrew) O'Connor, Clane, Co. Kildare and late of Drumkeeran, Co. Leitrim, February 4th 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 60 years to Maureen, loving dad to Ailish, Marie, Geri, Tina, Paula, Carmel, Claire and Séamus, sons-in-law Michael (Magic) [RIP], Stephen, Marc, John, Brian, Paddy and Matt, daughter-in-law Louise, much loved granddad to Edel, Lauren, Grace, Fionn, Olivia, Lucy, Katie, Sophie, Charlie, Poppy, Milo, Freddie, Síofra and Colman, dear brother to Mary (USA) [RIP], Michael (USA), Pauline (Leitrim) and Eddie (Donegal), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. *Funeral Arrangements will be updated at a later date*

Anne Murphy, (née Bell), The Crescent, Newbridge, 3rd Feb 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of the nurses & staff of St. Brigid’s hospice, The Curragh, with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her son Denis, much loved mother of Tina & Robert. Sadly missed by her loving son & daughter, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Jackie, grandchildren, Elaine, Éoin, Glen & Jessica great-grandchildren Senan, Cara, Éala, extended family, relatives & friends. Reposing at her home from 4pm on Monday with prayers at 7pm. Claire Maguire, Bray Co. Wicklow. Formerly Newbridge, Co. Kildare. Retired teacher C.B.C Monkstown. Daughter of the late Ronan. Unexpectedly, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin surrounded by her loving family. Sadly missed by her mother Breda, brother Paul, sisters Gemma (Aylward), Ursula (Donovan) and Michele (Giblin), sister in law Linda, brothers in law Declan, Paul and John, nieces and nephews Rebecca, Liz, Eoin, Aoife, Gráinne, David, Andrew, Leon, Mischa and Aleska , aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and a large circle of wonderful neighbours and friends. Reposing at Glennons Funeral Home, 32 Main Street, Newbridge on Monday from 4pm concluding with rosary at 7pm. Christy (Christopher) Leigh, Knockpatrick, Castledermot, Co. Kildare and formerly of Foxhill, Athy, Co. Kildare passed away peacefully on February 3rd, 2024 at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin. Beloved husband of Betty and much loved father of Sandra, Colette, Colm, Lizzie and Bríd and loved father-in-law of Aidan, Mary Alice and Mark, adored grandfather of Ashley, Ellen, Hannah, Annabelle, Grace, Sam, James, Luke, Evan, Sarah and Ruairí and deeply regretted by his cherished brother Jim. Christy was predeceased by his grandsons Julian and Jacob. He will be very much missed by his loving family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Reposing at his residence (R14 X868) on Sunday afternoon (February 4th) from 4pm until the conclusion of the Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Monday morning to arrive at The Church of The Assumption, Castledermot for Requiem Mass at 11am. Cremation Service will follow in Mount Jerome Crematorium.

Dan Young,  Kilmeague and late of Maryland, USA, January 31st 2024, suddenly, but peacefully, deeply regretted by his loving wife Claire, son Raymond, daughter Fiona, brothers Doug and Chris, brothers-in-law Paul and Pat, sisters-in-law Diane, Wendy and Colette, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will take place in Pure Reflections Resomarium, Navan (C15X9FK) on Tuesday at 2pm.

Elizabeth (Betty) Mullally (nee Knowles) (Esmondale, Naas) - February 2, 2024, (unexpectedly), at Tallaght University Hospital, Beloved wife of Michael and dear mother of Sive, Sinead, Liam and Liz; Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing on Monday from 3pm to 5pm with Prayers at 4pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas, W91 VY71. Removal on Tuesday to the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas arriving for 10am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to St. Corban’s Cemetery. Mary McHale (née Moore),  (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Drimnagh, Dublin 12) February 1st, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of Patrick (Pat) and cherished mother of Liz, Michael, John and the late Roisín. Mary will be forever missed by her heartbroken husband, daughter, sons, sister Roberta, her adored grandchildren Isobel, Jack, Patrick, Sophie, Hannah, Seán, Emily and Katie, son-in-law Ricky, daughter-in-law Claire, much-loved brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and her dear friends. Reposng at her home on Monday evening (February 5th) between 5 pm and 8 pm. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10:30 am (February 6th) to The Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery. 

Mary Jennings, (née O'Neill), Ryevale Lawns, Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Thomastown, Ballydangan, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and Co. Roscommon, February 2nd 2024, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin after a short illness bravely bourne, pre-deceased by her parents Thomas and Hannah and brother Anthony, Mary loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, deeply regretted by her husband Martin, daughters Marie and Denise, son Stephen and partner Davia, adored grandsons James and Jack (Perth, Australia), brothers Martin (Thomastown) and Oliver (Glasson), sisters Kathleen Kelly (Curraghboy) and Liz Murray (Thomastown), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and a large circle of friends. Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth (W23 V99E) on Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm with evening prayers at 7pm. Removal from her residence on Thursday morning at approx. 10:30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady's Nativity, Leixlip for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Confey Cemetery.
