Amendments sought for medical centre proposed for County Kildare

Planning permission documents show that amendments are being sought for a medical centre planned for County Kildare.

The applicant, Halkirk Properties Limited, is seeking to make the changes to the centre planned for Caragh, Naas, County Kildare, which was granted under planning ref. no. 16/10 & PL 09.246382.

The proposed changes are listed as follows:

  • An increase in the ground floor area from 157.1 square metres to 169.0sqm
  • An increase in the first floor area from 46.2sqm to 58.0sqm
  • Elevational revisions to include the removal of the proposed stone cladding, revisions to the fenestration & external doors, and the inclusion of two dormer windows & three skylights in the roof of the 1.5-storey element of the building, and:
  • Internal modifications to include the sub-division of the building into two separate units

The date received is listed as February 20 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as March 25 and April 15 respectively.

According to the business information website vision-net.ie, Halkirk Properties Ltd was established in August of 2018.

It has a registered address as Scarton House, Priory Court, Kildare town, County Kildare.
