KILDARE COURT: Bench warrant issued for take away food premises director

Allegation

There is increasing concern over the future of Naas Courthouse

A warrant for arrest has been issued at Naas District Court.

It follows the alleged failure to pay a fine.

The warrant was issued for the arrest of a director of the Capri Grill Limited, with an address at Poplar Square, Naas, by Judge Desmond Zaidan.

The judge commented that the issue related to a fine of €3,000 which was imposed for an alleged breach of workplace relations by not keeping proper records.

NOTE: The Leinster Leader has been contacted by the current owners of the Capri Grill business - Coppercrate Naas Ltd, who have stated that they have no connection with the previous operators, Capri Grill Ltd.
