An Garda Síochána (AGS) is investigating a suspected criminal damage by fire incident which occurred in Derrinturn.
Commenting on the incident, a spokesperson for AGS said: "Gardaí are investigating an incident of suspected criminal damage by fire which occurred at a residence in Derrinturn, County Kildare on Monday, July 8, 2024.
"The incident occurred at approximately 11.40pm."
The spokesperson added: "Investigations are ongoing."
