The estimated construction value of the project is €4m, according to Building Information Ireland database.
Being proposed for the site is the demolition of an existing single storey dwelling with out-buildings.
Being planned is the construction of 21 two-storey dwellings.
The properties consist of three detached units, six semi-detached units and two terraced blocks of three units.
The developer is Glencresent Property Ltd based in Clondalkin.
