Five new homes are being planned in Newbridge.
A planning application for a site in Roseberry was submitted to Kildare County Council.
Permission is being sought for the five detached dwellings and domestic garages in a clustered arrangement on a family farm.
A new entrance internal road is also in the plans.
The total floor area is over 1,600 square metres and the site is 3.9 hectares.
The estimated construction value of the proposed project is €3m.
