Change of use proposed to allow base for administration and medical support staff in North Kildare

A change of use has been proposed to allow for the provision of a base for administration and medical support staff in North Kildare.

According to a planning permission application lodged with Kildare County Council, Talbot Group intends to make the changes at a premises located in Curryhills, Prosperous.

Specifically, the applicant is seeking:

• The change the use of part of existing dwelling, to be used as a base for administration and medical support staff in conjunction with the existing residential care services being provided for persons with disabilities, in existing dwelling houses which are located to the rear of the site.
• Permission to form a new one-bedroom apartment at ground floor level in the remainder of the dwelling.
• Permission to erect new entrance gate, to provide parking and permission for all associated site works.

The date received is listed as September 5 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed October 9 and October 30 respectively.
