Kildare Village gets planning permission for new development
Kildare Village trading as Value Retail (Dublin) Ltd has been granted planning permission for a new development.
A new retail unit with a total gross floor area of 269 square metres has been approved.
The unit will include a mezzanine floor of 88.5 square metres for storage and staff facilities.
Minor shopfront changes are planned including new timber cladding, a fabric awning, a glazed door and window and signage.
A new service yard wall and timber fence are in the designs.
Also approved are pedestrian entrance gates, wall mounted lights and landscaping.
