Paddy, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his daughter Vicky, grandson Christopher, son baby Patrick, brothers and sisters. He will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by his family; loving wife Eileen, son Michael, daughters Kathleen, Mary, Sharon and Caroline, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Liam, sister Helen and Maura, brother Richard, brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town from 4pm on Thursday (26th Dec) concluding with Rosary at 6pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Friday morning to arrive at St. Brigid's Parish Church, Kildare Town for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth's Cemetery, Kildare Town. Mass will be live streamed on mcnmedia.tv.

HUGHES (née Byrne), Monica (Mon) (Loughlinstown Road, Celbridge, Co. Kildare and formerly of Rath Bán, Tullow, Co. Carlow) December 21st, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. Beloved wife of the late Edmund (Eddie) and much-loved mother of Yvonne, Niall, Declan, Paul, Dermot, Brian and the late Lorraine. Predeceased by her brothers Jim and Pat and sisters Biddy, Nan and Mary. Mon will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, sisters Peig and Carmel, brother Peter, her nineteen grandchildren, her six great-grandchildren, son-in-law Dermot, daughters-in-law Anna, Annette, Jennifer, Monica and Clíona, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and her close neighbours.

Reposing at her home on Sunday evening (January 5th) between 4 pm and 6 pm. Removal on Monday morning (January 6th) to St. Patrick’s Church, Celbridge arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:30 am followed by burial in Donacomper Cemetery.

Kelly (Née Brown) Patricia Carmel, Kilteel, Co. Kildare and formerly of Harrington Street, Dublin and Ludford, Dundrum. December 22nd, 2024. Wife of the late Matthew and devoted mother of Matthew, Derek, Gráinne, Kenneth and predeceased by her baby Andrew.

Will be dearly missed by her family, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, and friends.

LINNANE (née Murphy), Enda – 23rd December 2024 – Leixlip and formerly Greenhills and Drimnagh. Peacefully after a long illness courageously borne, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Peamount Health Care. Pre-deceased by her sister Helena.

 

Beloved wife and best friend of Michael, much loved mother to Garrett, Clodagh, Ronan, John and the late Michael. Enda will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her devoted husband, sons, daughter, brother Brendan, sister Aileen, daughters in law, son in law, her adored 15 grandchildren, brothers in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews and her extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of Cathryn (Kate) McCoy née McGovern, The Village, Green Road, Newbridge, Co Kildare (formerly of Armagh) on 23 December 2024, unexpectedly but peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Tallaght Hospital, Dublin.

She is predeceased by her parents Frank and Kathleen, and her brothers Patrick and Francis. Kate will be sadly missed by her loving husband Mick, daughters Sorcha and Cristín, sons Ronan, Lorcan and Gavin, daughters-in-law Bronwyn and Irma, grandchildren Willow and Miles, sister Mary Collins, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
