Plans approved for €10k conversion of Dunlavin property into two homes

Property located at Tynte House, Main Street, Dunlavin, Co. Wicklow.

A €10k project has been given the go ahead by Wicklow County Council for the conversion of a property to two houses on the Kildare/Wicklow border in Dunlavin.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), permission was granted by the local authority on December 18 2024 for: conversion of an existing single-story games and storage building to two bedroom mews; and conversion of an existing laundry and storerooms to two bedrooms and laundry/utility room.

The project, under Connolly Architects, is for a property at Tynte House, Main Street, Dunlavin W91Y628, Co. Wicklow.
