The incident took place in the  school grounds on September 18, 2024.

A previous court hearing was told that the injured party did not attend a doctor or a hospital.

There were no pictures of the injury available to the court and the defendant sustained “redness to the face”.

Solicitor David Powderly indicated that the defendant would likely plead guilty at a later hearing.

Judge Desmond Zaidan was told that the incident arose from a disagreement and the incident was confined to a single punch.
