While you wait at your local NCT, ever want a caffeine fix or a snack while you car is being checked out?
Well at the Fonthill NCT near Liffey Valley shopping centre in Dublin, there is a snack shack outside the entrance offering coffee and pastries and fruit.
A reader was recently at the centre to have their car tested and send a photo.
The motorist said: "Why can't they have this coffee and snacks kiosk in the Naas NCT centre?
"It's very handy because everybody has to wait about 10 to 15 minutes or even longer and all you have usually is vending machines with very bad coffee and tea or unhealthy snacks.
"Or if you're lucky to have your car pass the test, you could celebrate with a cappuccino or tea?!"
KildareNow has sent a press query on this issue to the National Car Test Service which runs the network of NCT Centres.
