The number of patients being treated on trolleys at Naas Hospital has fallen.
There are a dozen patients on trolleys there today having come in through the accident and emergency department.
This is lowest overcrowding figure of any hospital in the eastern region.
There one patient on a trolley at Portlaoise Hospital and six at Tullamore Hospital.
