Celebrity chef Rachel Allen and Aisling O'Toole of Aisling's A Taste of Kildare
Kildare County Council’s Local Enterprise Office was delighted to be part of Taste of Kildare 2025, a joyful celebration of the county’s incredible food and craft community, at Naas Racecourse on Saturday and Sunday.
Kildare’s Local Enterprise Office proudly showcased 24 food businesses, and 26 local craft businesses, each bringing something special to the table from Aisling’s freshly baked brown bread, Kildare’s very own non-alcoholic wine brand Hollow Leg, Fused by Fiona Uyema’s handcrafted sauces and Beara bitters organic herb and fruit bitters to candles, paintings and handmade creations.
Speaking after the event, Jacqui McNabb, Head of Economic Development & Enterprise, Retail and Tourism, Kildare County Council said: “Taste of Kildare is about more than food—it’s about community. It’s about celebrating the people behind the products and giving them a chance to connect to the public. We are so proud of all 49 businesses we supported this year and of the wonderful atmosphere created by everyone who attended.
