Planning permission has been granted by Kildare County Council to Keltston Properties Limited for a new, 62-unit apartment complex on Mullen Park Road, Maynooth.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), a decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on February 14 2025.
The development will consist of 31 two-bed apartments, 30 one-bed apartments and one one-bed studio apartment in five three-storey blocks.

An existing site entrance will provide access for vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians.
There will also be provision for 124 bicycle parking spaces, 64 surface car parking spaces and five ancillary out-buildings housing bin and bicycle storage.
All landscaping, infrastructure works, and associated site works and services are included in the plans.
The architect for the development is JFOC Architects Limited.
