A total of 45 new homes are being planned in a €7m development in Castledermot in Co Kildare.
The residential development will be based at Barrack Road, Castledermot on a site area of 1.24Ha.

Open spaces, landscaping, car parking, bin and bicycle storage are included in the plans.
