A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for the construction of an apartment development in Newbridge, Co Kildare.
The proposed development consists of four apartments (three two bedroom apartments and one one bedroom apartment) at Naas Road, Newbridge, Co Kildare.
The planning application was submitted on March 6 2025 by Xhezaj Construction Limited.
The estimated cost of the development is €805k.
Also included in the plans are construction of a single storey detached bin and bicycle building, entrance, car parking, landscaping and all associated works.
The architects in charge of the project are Whyte Planning Consultants Limited.
