How the apartments would look ( Image: CW O'Brien Architects)
A new planning application has been submitted for alterations to a previously approved Large-Scale Residential Development in Naas, Co Kildare.
The proposed changes, for Finlay Park in the town, will see the addition of 13 new apartment units.
This increase will bring the total number of apartments in the development from 139 to 152, without altering the approved building height.
The overall site spans almost 3 hectares.
The developers are Westar Homes Ltd of Abbeylands, Clane.
The proposed changes are:
Block B: 3 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 2 three-bedroom apartments at the fourth-floor level.
Block C: 1 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom, and 1 three-bedroom apartment at the fourth-floor level.
Also planned are 80 new bicycle parking spaces and 11 additional surface-level car parking spaces.
