Plans have been submitted for the construction of eight new homes in Athy, Co Kildare.
The €1.7m plans, by Vernon Estates Limited, include the construction of eight semi-detached two-storey houses at Ballitore, Athy, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the development also consists of a new recessed vehicular entrance off Abby’s Row and a new recessed vehicular entrance off Cockpit Lane.
Also planned is a new internal road network connecting Abby’s Row and Cockpit Lane, connection to foul water sewer, and all associated ancillary site-works.
The architect for the project is Brian Connolly and Associates.
