The Grill Shack restaurant near Donadea in Co Kildare has been crowned the Best Steakhouse in Ireland.
The Grill Shack, a proud local restaurant which took over the Wallaby Woods building, Derryvarogue, Donadea only two years ago, is going from strength to strength now.
It has won previous award for Ireland’s Best Customer Service at the prestigious Yes Chef Awards recently held in Sligo.
The secret diners complimented its young and motivated team and highest quality Irish steaks sourced locally.
The Grill Shack is known for its award winning range of wing sauce and hot sauces and has made many fans over the last two years since moving from Roche’s bar.

Richie and the Hurly fella off TikTok fame were won over by The Grill Shack’s slow-cooked ribs, chicken wings and cowboy steak scoring The Grill Shack a near faultless 9.8.
Owner Aidan Kelly believes this could not be achieved without an outstanding team, led by local man Killian Barrett.
