Big crowd expected at Open Day at Kildare animal welfare charity

Kildare Animal Foundation is hosting its annual Open Day at its base near Kildare Town on Sunday, July 13 at 1pm. 
                           
For sale will be plants, crafts, bottle stall, cake stall, teas, antiques, face painting, pet gifts, kids games, BBQ and much much more.
There will be free admission with plenty of parking and seating.
Organisers said: "Please join us for a fun filled family day out. "
"No visiting dogs please as we have plenty to be petted on site."
Kildare Animal Foundation was founded in 1994 by on the outskirts of Kildare town by Geraldine O’Hanlon and a group of very dedicated volunteers.

The Foundation is now one of the best known charities dedicated to the welfare of cats, dogs and small animals. 

The Foundation today cares  for almost 100 animals, providing sanctuary to injured, sick and abused animals.

The shelter is open daily from 2p to 4pm and it offers an adoption service for cats and dogs that are ready for rehoming.
