Shane Smith, Managing Director of NI Media & the Irish Bar and Cocktail Awards, said: "This industry is the beating heart of hospitality in Ireland. It’s been a privilege to shine a light on the people who elevate the experience of going out for a drink to something truly special.

“The energy in the room on Tuesday night was phenomenal – a true reflection of the passion and professionalism in this community."

Vi’s Bar was recognised for its distinctive design and extraordinary attention to detail. From reclaimed château chandeliers and brass sourced from a money-counting room in Las Vegas, to stained glass from a Nevada church and a stunning circular bar at the heart of the space, every feature was carefully curated to surprise and delight guests.

Jack Tierney, owner of Lawlor’s of Naas, said of the win: "This project was a labour of love from start to finish. Every piece of furniture was sought out to bring our vision for Vi’s to life – a space rooted in history, layered with character, and built to create memorable experiences. To receive this award is a fantastic honour for the entire team involved."
