€253k planning application for well-known Kildare children's charity

Jack and Jill Children's Foundation, Johnstown Manor, Johnstown, Kildare has applied for planning permission for 'change of use to offices' for part of its Johnstown premises.

According to Construction Information Services (CIS), planning application number 2560769 has been submitted to Kildare County Council for consideration, as of July 14 2025.

The scheme comprises of the change of use of the existing ground floor area from retail to offices.

All facilitating and associated site development works are also included in the works.

The cost of the development is estimated at €253,000.

The architect for the project is David Higgins Architectural & Planning Services.
