Diane O'Hora, All-Ireland Intermediate Championship winning manager with Kildare, has been named the new manager of her native Mayo.
O'Hora was a huge part of the Kildare ladies' rise through the ranks leading them from Division 3 to Division 1 and winning an All-Ireland and Leinster Intermediate Championship along the way.
The former Mayo captain departed her position with The Lilywhites in August of 2024 after maintaining their SFC status following two years as manager and one as a coach.
O'Hora was a three-time All-Ireland winner with Mayo as a player and former All-Star. She is one of her county’s most decorated players and will bring an extensive coaching and managerial background to her new role.
