Changes could be on the way for a medical centre and pharmacy located in North Kildare.

A planning permission application submitted by one Vincent Walsh shows that he intends to make the changes to Celbridge Medical Centre and Pharmacy, which is located on the Main Street of the town.

According to the description of the application, Mr Walsh is seeking permission from Kildare County Council "for a two-storey extension to rear, together with revised car and cycle parking layouts, oil and general waste storage enclosures, standby generator and enclosure".

Permission is also being sought in relation to all associated site works.

The application also notes that the site includes a protected structure (RPS Ref B11-109).

The date received on the application is listed as September 3 last.

Furthermore, the submission-by and due dates are listed as October 7, 2025 and October 28, 2025 respectively.
