All-Ireland Final referee Brendan Cawley has been confirmed to take charge of the 2025 Joe Mallon Motors Kildare Senior Football Championship Final between Naas and Athy.
The 2025 county final is set for a 3:30pm throw-in at Cedral St Conleth's Park this Sunday, October 19. It has been a huge year for the Sarsfields GAA man having taken charge of this year's All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final between Kerry and Donegal in front an 83,000 strong crowd in Croke Park.
It is a crowning moment for any referee and, on paper, this year's Kildare SFC decider is in the safest possible hands with Naas aiming for five SFC titles in a row and Athy looking to take their first since 2020.
