An Garda Síochána is seeking information relating to a burglary which occurred in County Kildare.
The incident was highlighted by Garda Ann-Marie Reilly when she appeared as a guest on a KFM radio programme which aired yesterday (November 12 last).
She told KFM that on Thursday, November 6 last, a Naas resident woke up to find that a male had entered their room.
The male intruder subsequently fled the scene.
Gda Reilly added that the intruder stole an Apple MacBook from the premises.
However, this item was later recovered.
She concluded by urging anyone with information relating to this incident to contact Naas Garda Station on 045 884 300.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about this crime, a garda spokesperson had this to say: "Gardaí responded to a burglary that occurred at approximately 2am on November 6 last on the Sallins Road in Naas, County Kildare."
The spokesperson also said that investigations are ongoing.
