An application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for a 'change of use to office' of a premises located at Unit 1A and Unit 2A, Naas Town Centre, Dublin Road, Naas, Co. Kildare.
The application is on behalf of Newbridge Arcade Limited, with the architect for the proposed project being Clarke and Company Engineers & Architects.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), application number 2561286 was submitted for consideration on November 14 2025.

The proposed scheme comprises:
a) change of use of a restaurant to office (432 m2) on the first and second floor which will comprise of office space, meeting space, staff area & canteen;
b) and all ancillary works
The total site area is listed as 0.037 ha, and the estimated cost of the plans is €530k.
