Unit T4 on Lime Drive, wants to subdivide the current 22,819 sq.m building into two standalone units — Unit A, measuring 10,979 sq.m, and Unit B, measuring 7,312 sq.m.
The work would involve the demolition of internal offices, dividing walls, mezzanine structures, the second floor, two external cabins and a range of existing yard features.

A 244 sq.m extension is planned on the southern elevation of the building to provide ten dock levellers for Unit A.
A further eight dock levellers would be constructed to serve Unit B on the northern side.
Both units would also receive new internal office accommodation.
In total, the plans provide for 98 car parking spaces — 51 for Unit A and 47 for Unit B — and 54 cycle parking spaces split between the two units.
The development also incorporates a service yard with 11 trailer parking spaces.
Unit A is set to include a two-storey office measuring 686 sq.m, while Unit B would contain a larger two-storey office totalling 850 sq.m.
