Teen allegedly took €1,800 worth of alcohol from three Kildare stores

A 19 year old woman is facing an allegation of stealing alcohol from three Kildare supermarkets.

Before Naas District Court was Margaret Connors, whose address was given as 48 Glenshane Grove, Tallaght, Dublin.

It’s being alleged she stole €493 of assorted liquor from the Lidl outlet in Kildare town along with €1,000 worth from Lidl in Newbridge and €329 worth of alcohol from the Aldi outlet at Kilcock Road, Maynooth, on three dates in 2024.

The woman was in custody at the time of the hearing and appeared via videolink. Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the matter to February 3.
