Planning permission for the construction of four houses in Donadea, Co Kildare has been granted to a developer.

According to Construction Information Services, application number 2560269 has been approved with respect to a site in Staplestown, Donadea, Co Kildare.

The total cost of construction is estimated at €2.2m.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on 13/03/2025 for constructing four detached dwellings, four detached garages, new individual effluent treatment system to each dwelling, recessed vehicular entrance and access road off existing laneway, and all associated ancillary site-works.

The architect for the development is Brian Connolly and Associates.

The total site area is 1.03ha.
