A neighbour got up on a ladder to look into the garden of a female neighbour.
This was the claim made by the woman at Naas District Court.
“It's an ongoing thing, he’s harassing me, stalking me,” she said, adding he had put up a fence without permission.

On the advice of the gardaí, the woman said she had put in CCTV cameras.
She claimed he stood on a ladder looking into her property and claimed he told her to go in and said he would cut her throat.
The woman said she had put in a line “to stop him from coming over.”
The woman also alleged he had threatened to cut her child’s throat and said he would burn her house down.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim civil restraining order against the man, who was not present or represented and who will be asked to attend a subsequent hearing.
The judge told the woman that if he does not attend he will extend the order for a period of five years. He also said if she does not attend the hearing he will cancel the order.
