Gardaí are investigating after criminal damage was caused to a vehicle parked in County Kildare.

When asked by the Leinster Leader about this incident, a garda spokesperson responded: "Gardaí attended a scene of a criminal damage of a vehicle in a residential area in Naas, County Kildare on  Thursday, January 29 last at approximately 11.40pm."

The spokesperson added: "Investigations are ongoing."
